By using nelsonimpact.com and the NBS client portal at portal.nelsonimpact.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the portal.

Content on this site is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current, or free of errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on it.

Client services

Work we do for clients is governed by the signed service agreement between you and Nelson Business Solutions. That agreement, not these terms, controls scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and ownership of work product.

Acceptable use of the portal

• Your portal account is for your own use only.
• Do not share your login information or let anyone else use your account.
• Do not use the portal in a way that disrupts it, attempts to gain access you were not granted, or infringes on other people.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nelson Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or the portal. Our total liability for any claim tied to the site or portal is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
