Who we are and what this policy covers

Nelson Business Solutions (NBS) is a marketing and business consulting company based in Stuart, Florida. We build websites, run marketing programs, and set up automation and reporting for small businesses. This policy covers information we collect through nelsonimpact.com, the NBS client portal at portal.nelsonimpact.com, and the services we deliver to clients. Information we collect

We keep collection limited to what we need to respond to you and to do the work we are hired for.

• Details you submit in forms. Name, email address, phone number, company, and message when you contact us, request a quote, or sign up for updates.
• Cookieless website analytics. Page views, referrer, device type, and country. We use no cookies for analytics and no cross-site tracking.
• Account information for portal users. Your email address and login activity on the client portal.
• Client business data. Data we access on your behalf to deliver services, including Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and website analytics data when you authorize it.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and quote requests.
• Deliver and improve the services we are hired to do.
• Show clients their own performance data in the portal.
• Send service emails about your account or your project.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Business Profile and Google Search Console data is used only to display performance reporting to the business that owns it and to our staff who manage it. We do not transfer that data to third parties except as needed to provide the service. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host and operate our systems, such as hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. They are bound by confidentiality and use data only to perform their function. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention

We keep form submissions and portal data for as long as the client relationship lasts, plus a reasonable period afterward. Website analytics are retained in aggregate.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to client systems is role-based, and credentials are never shared.

Your choices

You can request access to your information, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing josh@nelsonimpact.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

Children

Our sites and services are not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy and contact
